Sales Manager – Office Building


Main Responsibilities

·          Expand sales/ business opportunity to increase company revenue
·          Arrange the list of office premises in office building to match client’s requirement
·          Provide information and arrange the client’s inspection in prospected office building
·          Negotiate between client and landlord for the best solution
·          Initiate Marketing plan to encourage sales performance
·          Manage and monitor sales team in term of selling and negotiation skills
·          Review agreements and concerned documents before submit to client
·          Report directly to Expatiate boss
 

Job Specification

·          Bachelor of Business Administration with Master degree would be advantage
·          Minimum 3-5 years Sales & Marketing experience in Property Development focus on Office Bilding    or Commercial sector required
·          Understand and familiar with Office Building or related market
·          Good connection with landlords, property/ real estate agencies
·          Achieved-oriented, result-driven, hands-on and adaptable
·          Proactive, energetic, mature, calm, and positive thinking
·          Proficient in sales-driven, team management, and cooperation skills
·          Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
·          Fluent in English and computer literacy
